Nageshu is a son of a very poor family. In 2006, he had to leave his studies in class 12 due to financial hardship. For the same reason that he had to leave his education midway, he took that responsibility on his shoulders so that the education of other poor children does not stop midway.

From then on Nageshu started teaching poor children. He used to go around the village and gather the children of poor families. After that he taught them himself. Nageshu continues that work even today. Nageshu did not take a single penny to teach the children of poor families. Instead, he spends his earnings for their education.

Nagesh has also opened a coaching centre. Today the number of his students is many. He also hired 4 teachers to handle the large number of students. Nageshu said that as the number of students increased, so did the cost. Along with the family, running the coaching center was also a problem. So he chose the profession of porter for extra income.

Nageshu started working as a porter at Behrampur station in 2011. After starting that work, he resumed his unfinished studies. Passed 12th in distance education. After that he did graduation and post graduation from Behrampur University. Nageshu taught eighth through twelfth grade. He mainly sees Hindi and Oriya. He has teachers at his coaching center to take care of the rest.

Being a lecturer, how do you work as a porter? In this regard, Nageshu said in an interview, "I have had to face such questions many times. People have different discussions about it. But it doesn't matter. I will continue to do this in the days to come so that other children from poor families do not drop out like me."
